Squat, shuffle, scoop x 45 sec (Fielding)
Single arm lat throw x 10 each (Throwing to first base)
Batter’s chop x 45 sec (Batting)
Traveling high knees x 30 sec (Running to first)
Lateral lunge x 10 each (Trying to steal, lunging back to base)
Shoulder press x 10 (Cheering)
