For the first time EVER. Not so bad abs day! Not a rest day yet though.
Note that there was a typo. In the summary you wrote 4 rounds, while in the circuit you wrote 3 rounds and there were only 3 rounds to check off. I did four rounds, just doubled the counts on my second round which made the final round insanely easier cause instead of doing 30 Tuck hip raises at once I only had to do 15 for the final round 💃🏻
Also in the side blank, you only showed one side without mentioning that it’s 30 sec, each side. I know that cause I am a LiveWithTracy alumni lol however since it’s beginners dumbbell I thought you may wanna know.
For your reference I did beginners dumbbells week 2, day 5.
