I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I'd normally just relax on a recovery day but this class was amazing. Who knew how tight my hips were.

Frustrating in the preview it shows this as 10 minute workout but in video it's 15 and post workout shows 15. Sometimes I carve out just enough time to do what's list on the cover. 

Good workout. Wish they would provide alternate to reverse planks.
