This was confusing- the video is marked as 4 min for the workout (why I picked it lol, as a finisher). But the way it’s laid out is 8 rounds of 4 exercises (16 min). The check marks after every round also say 20 reps, so was kind of confused with that too. I’m assuming that the exercise was to be completed a 20 sec interval of each exercise and rotate through all 4 and that is 1 round, but the way it’s written it could be construed as complete all 8 rounds of the first exercise, then 8 rounds of the next, etc etc
