I knew 3 rounds of 30 would be too much for me, so I did 6 rounds of 15. Still a killer!

Holy cow that was super hard. I lifted 50 to 60% of my highest weight in this past 6 weeks. Added 4 rounds to first set to make it a full hour workout, not sure if that was smart! LOL...
