Set up 4 cones in a zig zag pattern. Dribble through the cones, turn around the last cone, and weave dribble back to the cone you started from.

Cone Weave

Start with setting up a 6x6 yard box with a cone in the center of the box. Dribble in around the center cone, and snake dribble out to the the outside cone, go around the outside cone, then repeat until you get back to where you started. Repeat for the given amount of reps both directions!

X Drill

Circuit style finishing activity. Complete each exercise once in the circuit then rest and repeat for the given amount of sets.

Start on the left side of the field, dribble toward the top of the box and cut in to finish with your right foot.

Cut Inside to Right Foot Finish

Set up 2 cones in the middle of the field, at the top of the 18 yard box. Dribble in a figure 8 around the cones and then finish with striking the ball on goal.

Figure 8 to Finish

Start on the right side of the field, dribble toward the corner of the box and cut in to finish with your left foot.

Finishing Circuit 2

Set up a 3x3 or 5x5 box (depending on how good you are) Juggle, and control the ball out of the air directionally into one of the spaces in the box. Use different surfaces of the foot to take your first touch with.

Boxed Aerial First Touch

Put a cone 4 yards away from a wall. Using a wall, pass to the wall and then take your first touch behind the cone to the other side. Then pass to the ball and repeat. Repeat this for the given amount of reps on both sides. (10 reps = 5 reps each side)

Touch Behind Cone to Wall Pass

Set up a cone 4 yards from a wall. Using a wall, pass diagonally to the wall and receive on the other side of the cone. Then take a touch, and pass diagonally and receive back on the side you started from. Repeat this for the given amount of reps (10 reps = 5 each side)

Diagonal Wall Pass to Touch

Using a wall, simply pass to the wall and use the inside of your foot to shift the ball a couple yards to your left or right. Then take a couple touches to shift the ball back, and then pass to the wall again, and then repeat. Repeat for the given amount of reps on both sides (10 reps = 5 each side).
