Create a 3x3 or 4x4 yard box (depending how good you are), and freestyle dribble while staying inside the box.

Boxed Freestyle Dribbling

Place down 4 cones, 5 yards apart. Start by dribbling from the first cone to the second, turn, and then dribble back to the first cone, then turn again and go to the third cone, turn again and go to the beginning, and then turn to dribble out to the final cone and finish through the first cone at the start. This is a fitness activity.

Shuttle Run (with ball)

Set up 2 cones in the middle of the field, at the top of the 18 yard box. Dribble in a figure 8 around the cones and then finish with striking the ball on goal.

Start with a ball on the edge of the 6 yard box - pretend you are crossing into someone and play a firm cross into the net. Repeat for the given amount of reps on each side.

Using a wall, simply play one-touch passes to the wall while only using the left foot.

One-Touch Wall Passing Left Only

Using a wall, simply play one-touch passes while only using your right foot.

One-Touch Wall Passing Right Only

Using a wall, simply play one-touch passes while alternating feet for each one-touch pass.

One-Touch Wall Passing Alternating Feet

Put a cone 4 yards away from a wall. Using a wall, pass to the wall and then take your first touch behind the cone to the other side. Then pass to the ball and repeat. Repeat this for the given amount of reps on both sides. (10 reps = 5 reps each side)
