Felix

Simple ball mastery dribbling activities performed with 4-5 cones set up in a straight line. Each cone is about a half yard apart.

Simply dribble through using the inside and outside of the foot.

Inside to Outside

Simply dribble through the cones doing a La Croqueta.

La Croqueta Dribble

Simply dribble through the cones while doing a rake.

Rake Dribble

Dribbling Warm Up Circuit

Set up 4 cones in a zig zag pattern. Dribble through the cones, turn around the last cone, and weave dribble back to the cone you started from.

Cone Weave

Scatter 20-30 cones in a 5x5 yard space. Place 1 cone 6 yards away from the scattered cones on one side. Start from the opposite side of where you put the last cone down at. Dribble with speed into the scattered cones weaving in and out. Dribble out to the cone on the other side, turn in front of it, and dribble back through the scattered cones. End on the cone you started from.

Ronaldinho, Turn, Ronaldinho

Set up 4-5 cones, 1 yard apart, starting at the 6 yard box going away from goal. Set up a couple cones at the top the box. Dribble through the cones, dribble out to the top of the box, turn at the cones, and finish into the goal.

Dribble, Turn, Finish

Set up a 3x3 or 5x5 box (depending on how good you are) Juggle, and control the ball out of the air directionally into one of the spaces in the box. Use different surfaces of the foot to take your first touch with.
