Really enjoyed this workout. The butterfly drops were my favorite and love how you help us to understand how to properly engage your core throughout each movement.

Love this program. Just an FYI that There’s an extra heel tap right towards the end of the workout.

I have to tell you, my youngest is now 8 years old and since my oldest’s birth I have had hemorrhoids. I was told by both my midwives and my doctor and nurse that they would go away on their own, but never given any advice or information as to how to help this process along or any pelvic floor or core rehab information. I am only on week 3 of your core rehab, but have had zero problems this week! I am so happy to finally be free of this nuisance and to have so much more information. Thank you for making all of this available! I hope that doctors, nurses and midwives as well as trainers like yourself will work to make this information more readily available to mothers everywhere!
