What are the goals of the program?
To rehab your deep core so that you feel your best and are ready to get back to activities you love!
This plan can be used any time postpartum to reconnect to and strengthen the deep core. It can also be used by anyone looking to create proper functand strength.
The plan should be worked through at your own pace. Weeks can be extended or repeated if necessary to feel good about your core connection/ the concepts. It can also be moved through faster than laid out. It all depends on the individual!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Really focus on creating a good connection to the deep core rather than just going through the exercises. Doing the exercises properly is more important than how quickly you get through the plan.
Be consistent! Consistency over time helps the core to heal and strengthen.
What do I need to participate in this program?
A yoga mat of some sort, mini loop band, chair and small ball or puffy pillow.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is laid out in weeks for a simple format but please work through at a pace that suits you! Taking more time to practice and really get that deep core connection functional is more important than staying within 6 weeks.
