This was really hard, my average was below 2:45 but had to take a longer break halfway through due to heat. Easily the hardest workout we’ve had so far imo

6x800 in the 4:16-4:23 range per run. 5th run was fastest, oddly enough. I need to run these faster in order to hit my target mile, but not sure I can do it!

WOW! This workout was tough. I think it was tough as 15×300m. I got it done. It took me average of 5:30. Geez. Good job everyone!!

I wasn't sure the pace. Aimed for a little faster than 5k. I got to the 8th before I fell off that pace. 8 averaged 7:21/mile
