Amazing, would’ve been great on a track but I’m on Vaca. Definitely feel an improvement

Target 90 seconds, ran 80-87 seconds in the first 13 laps, and 90-91 seconds in the last two. Body was drowning in lactic acid in the final 50-100m each lap, but I felt like I could tolerate it better toward the end.

It was a tough workout but I’m so glad I got it done💪🏽 I had a gravel circle to run around. Luckily I can somewhat feel my pace (I may have been running 350s😂)
