I went from being a stiff board to a boiled udon noodle thanks to these stretches, Michelle. Since I did the pasta thing last time, I have no knead to do it again 🀣 Shoutouts to those doing this challenge with me from start to finish! WE HAVE ONE MORE WORKOUT LEFT!
