Went by quick which honestly was nice. Today was a rougher day outside the gym, so it was nice to focus on something else and clear my head. Thanks Michelle

My hamstrings were so tight after yesterdays workout, but those leg swings help shake out that tension! I felt so good about today, I may even just do arms really quick 👀

I'm sweating!! This was really fun today, I also added a little walk before my workout, so I feel like I did really good today! I'm happy I gave myself the time to get a workout in. No excuses, just time to work on myself and make myself stronger. 💪💕

HELL YEAH!! 🔥🔥My heart is beating as fast as a heavy metal drummer's solo. I love the last circuit as a final sprint to conclude an already intense workout.
