Been busy w/ groomsman duties for the wedding this weekend but I still wanted to get a workout in even after completing Summer Sculpt 2 wish there was a 3 or follow up. After losing bout 25lbs with these 2 programs I’ve decided to continue working out and the meal plan to continue the progress

Accomplishments are valid based on someone's own expectations. Personally, I've had a lot of trouble with that myself. I would only pat myself in the back for only doing monumental things, and I would subconsciously make easier things harder on myself to feel that victory more, but to inadvertently set myself up for failure. Oh. Was I supposed to plug in my opinion on this workout here somewhere?? Oh, where are my manners? 😅 I went easier on this workout and feel so proud of how far I've come! This reminiscence is why I love that you repeat workouts weekly, Michelle! Thank you, and keep on moving forward!!
