If you want to sweat, this workout will have you drenched! I burned almost 700 calories, and my muscles are shaky, but do I feel absolutely amazing finishing this workout? Hell yeah! ππ»π₯

Week 4 going strong!! I had to adjust the amount of speed for my sprint to compensate for the rest of my workouts, and the workout became much easier and as rewarding as the previous weeks!
