I love rest and stretch days 🧑 My favorites are always butterfly, warrior pose and child’s pose. My hips are always so tight, and these stretches always help!

I got such a lovely stretch today, I feel really relaxed rn! πŸ’• Even with the rush of a busy day, it's nice to slow down every week and take a day to just rest and recover. Sometimes I forget how important it is to simply stretch. ✨️

I HAVE BEEN REBORN!! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ Stretching is like fluffing your flat, exhausted-looking pillow back into it's big, floofy form. This is the perfect workout before having masses of water in my system! 🌊🌊🌊
