After having a procedure done last week and recovering, I’m back for Summer Sculpt 2.0! Sometimes you gotta go through the lowest of lows before you reach the highest of highs; such a great workout today, I feel amazing and my quads are trembling 🤣🤩

Those wall sits always get me!! 😭💪 Man, the moment saw it I was like- "NooOO!!" (In a good way ofc, I love a good challenge haha!) Don't mind me casually shaking after trying to complete 4 rounds of those! 🏃‍♀️💨 But today's workout was amazing!! I love being able to complete my workouts first, energizing myself for the remainder of the day. 🌸

CHLOE!! I'm proud of your discipline when you made up for missing a day of MKFit! You're an absolute queen!! 😁 What a killer workout!! I had to order a unique Uber service where two people had to carry me to my shower! One of them was named Frank, and he smelt like tacos. First day of the 2nd week conquered! Now it's your turn!! 💪
