I'm a day late but I made it!! πŸ˜­πŸ’• Sadly due to me struggling with consistency, I casually did the cardio section last night (I ended up making it longer and ran/walked), then did the remaining circuits this morning! Lord willing, I'll get out of this slump and do my workouts with full energy and commitment again!! But as for the workout, I loved it! Even without the running part today, the 2 circuits following left me sweating! However, I had to modify that Plank toe-touch workout because I think I hurt my knee somehow from running lol, cus I couldn't balance on my right leg alone πŸ™Š But!! I'll rest up this weekend and I'll be good, haha!! 🌸

"Find Your Own Way" found me a way to lift 10lbs more than my usual for my lunges all while giving off a cheeky smile like Michelle does in her Instagram stories.
