My body has developed the texture of creme brulee after this workout 🤣. Those double dumbell lunges were something my traps needed for a LONG TIME!! 💪 Ah yes! Let's not forget about that Inchworm workout! It's nice to see you from your Home Shred business trips, Mr. Worm. Your wife misses you dearly. Stay fresh, everybody! We have ONE MORE WEEK TO GO!!
