I loved the banded hip exercises, I have a hip replacement and it helped to open up the hips tremendously. I don’t have a leg press so I had to result to doing squats, really enjoyed this workout!

Pretty good workout Magnus! It was hard, but from beginner standpoint, allowed me to work on technique with some of the more technical band exercises such as the curtsy. That was a good one for the glutes and man did I feel it!! Keep up the great work! Thanks!
