Love starting with pull ups. Really activates the back and then the tempo pulldowns we're a killer. Seal rows + Compound set and rack pulls lit me up at the end! Amazing pump 💪

If you cannot do time under tension, pull ups for eight reps, simply add a band for reverse tension to help out like I did.

*Weighted Pull Up (5:0:1:0)

One I reach failure on my own I have my spotter help me get another 3-5 forced reps.

*Hammer Grip Pull Up

Keeping the rope spread apart the whole set.

*Kneeling Straight Arm Lat Pull Down (rope) (5:0:1:0)

*Bent Over Barbell Row (reverse grip)

*Barbell Seal Row (elbows tucked)

T-bar Row (close v grip)

Dumbbell Shrug

Compound Set

Barbell Rack Pull Into Shrug (bar set above knee) (1:0:1:2)

Neck soreness is a different type of being sore I’d tell you that much, also calves were LIT UP, people at the gym even were complimenting the neck and calve workouts LFG😈👍🏼
