Sets 1-5: no tempo
Sets 6-8: using the same weight you used on your 5th set but going for the longest negative you can. Then trying to beat the previous time each set that follows.

*Flat Machine Press

*Pec Deck Fly

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, set the dumbbells down and take a 10 second break, taking in as deep breaths as possible, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Decline Dumbbell Press (w/ rest pause)

*Incline Barbell Press

Weighted Chest Dips

*Wide Dumbbell Upright Row

Cross Body Dumbbell Front Raise

*Machine Side Lateral (pause into reps)

*Machine Front Raise (on side lateral machine)
