Standing on 25lb plates to get a little bit further stretch.

Barbell Squat (inside shoulder width stance) (5:0:1:0)

Barbell Front Squat (feet touching) (5:0:1:0)

Sets 1-3: toes turned in (1:2:1:0)
Sets 4-6: toes turned out (1:0:1:2)
