Shooting for a controlled 25-30 second negative.

*Pec Deck Fly (long negatives)

Slight Incline Dumbbell Press (4:2:1:0)

*Flat Barbell Press

Slight Incline Barbell Pullover

*Chest Supported Dumbbell Side Lateral (pause into reps)

*Machine Side Lateral (torso forward)

*Double Arm Cable Front Raise

Stopping the dumbbells just below the shoulders, then contracting up bringing the dumbbells together.

*Seated Dumbbell Side Lateral (rainbow) (1:2:1:0)
