It's time to get serious this summer with our second challenge! This time we've made it easier to join, and added a grand prize that will put an epic cap on Summer 2023 ๐Ÿ˜Ž The Summer Pump Challenge runs for 6 weeks, starting July 24th! The challenge will follow my daily workouts from The Pump, but it kicks off a brand new split.
