Barbell Seal Row (wide grip)

*High Incline Double Arm Dumbbell Row

*Lat Pull Down (wide D grip)

*Kneeling Straight Arm Lat Pull Down (rope)

Reps 1-7: full stretch to mid rep
Reps 8-14: full contraction to mid stretch 
Reps 15-21: full range of motion reps

*Lat Pull Down (reverse grip, 21s)

Pins set so the bar is just above the knees. Doing a shrug at the top of each rep.

*Barbell Rack Pull (with shrug)

Neck soreness is a different type of being sore I’d tell you that much, also calves were LIT UP, people at the gym even were complimenting the neck and calve workouts LFG😈👍🏼
