12 reps with 16,5lbs, sweat mode ON! 💪 Didn’t do 2 arnolds, just one arnold followed by neutral.

Swapped the 2nd Arnold Press for Overhead Dumbbell Triceps and got to 11 reps to that move 💪🏽

11 rounds using 12.5. Had to drop down to 10s eventually for those Arnold presses. Whew! Good sweat and burn!
