D5 DAY 5, W1 [Pyramid Challenge

For today's workout, set a timer for 30 minutes. Begin with one rep of each exercise, and then 2 reps, then 3 reps, etc and see how high up the pyramid (how many reps you can get in of each exercise) in 30 minutes! Exercise Order: -Bodyweight Squat -Bodyweight Reverse Lunge (each side) -Goodmorning -Renegade Row (each side) -Superman -Push Up -Sit Up -Seated Knee Tuck

This work out was great! Made it through 9 reps.i've been a runner since my early 40's but never really spent too much time working on the rest of my body. So this is good for me
