For today's workout, set a timer for 30 minutes. Begin with one rep of each exercise, and then 2 reps, then 3 reps, etc and see how high up the pyramid (how many reps you can get in of each exercise) in 30 minutes!

For reverse lunges and alternating renegade row was it 1,1 2,2 and so on and so forth or just the number total?
