You guys are so well rounded I love it bringing the fitness food and fast talks to keep us all on our toes! Question 👋🏽 any audiobooks or podcast you recommend for fitness I tend to workout and enjoy listening to something educational that can help me along on the journey. For example when I wake up I type in 4 an gym motivation but I’ve watched mostly all of them and I’m looking for something else :)
