Hey Toya! Im new to the team, just started today but thank you for talking about this. I personally don’t like to workout during my cycle but im glad that you said “this is normal “. My cycle last for a week and during that week i stop working out and thats where i get messed up but you motivated me to keep going! I will do light workouts. Also, as a suggestion ( if you haven’t already) could you show light workouts just for our cycle?

Yes to the comparisons- that one always gets me down! I loved the honesty and openness about the fluctuations we can go through and how to help ourselves and others. Thank you for the tips!
