Thank you both so much! I so needed to hear this, this morning! Very helpful & understanding! I stuffer with mental health! I started my lifestyle fitness journey at the age of fifty! Not knowing what to do or what to eat! Basically I didn’t have a clue where to start! I’m now a lot better on my journey than I ever been! I’m not where I want to be however I’m healthy than I used to be! That’s a major differences.
