I always find that I feel weaker than normal during my period. Which I know is normal, just frustrating knowing I can do more but my body is preoccupying my energy for other things 🤣 But working out does help me feel so much better and satisfied that I got some movement in despite feeling weak.

Hey Toya! Im new to the team, just started today but thank you for talking about this. I personally don’t like to workout during my cycle but im glad that you said “this is normal “. My cycle last for a week and during that week i stop working out and thats where i get messed up but you motivated me to keep going! I will do light workouts. Also, as a suggestion ( if you haven’t already) could you show light workouts just for our cycle?
