Great tip. I usually jump on the scale and do get discouraged, however, I do have a scale that measures BMI; BF; MM; BM, not sure how accurate that is. I’ll def take measurements. Thank you.

I have to admit. I never ever do scales but I also don't measure. I think I probably should.

That makes me feel better. Scale says I lost only 2 pounds but I can see and feel waist is smaller
