Day 31: Full Upper Body Pump

A workout I put together to focus on my upper body. We are really targeting the back, arms, shoulders, and a little bit of abs. Trying to widen our physique by isolation exercises. Using higher reps and pumping the muscles. Squeeze each rep and take it slow. Now we are adding a 3 mile run in for this final stretch.
