Welcome Challengers to the official Sonic Shredder Program. This is a 5 week Challenge to test your mental and physical barriers. The workouts I have included are a hybrid mix of strength, hypertrophy, endurance, speed, and power. My main goal in this program is for you to burn fat and build muscle. The official start date of this challenge is March 1, 2021. _ How to take BEFORE/AFTER photo: 1. Place your phone waist level and use the self timer on your phone 2. Have a visible paper with your name and date written on it to make sure the photo is legit. 3. Please use the same lighting and spot from the ‘before’ photo in the ‘after’ photos. _ *Please submit your BEFORE photos to my email jparkfit00@gmail.com with the Subject as; “Sonic Shredder BEFORE” (last day to submit ‘BEFORE photo’ is March 1) _ ‘AFTER’ photos should be submitted once you complete the challenge to the same email jparkfit00@gmail.com with Subject as; “Sonic Shredder AFTER” (last day to submit ‘AFTER photo’ is April 9) _ Once all the photos are received I will review and announce the winner on April 12, 2021. You will receive a total grand prize of $1000.00 that includes an Alpha Clothing & Performix Gift Card. _ I am beyond excited to see everyone’s journey.
