A super high intensity weight style leg workout. Going for tons of volume and just pumping out reps. Adding weights in and doing high volume ultimately burns the most fat. Finishing with a burn out on the squats.

Theres a typo on the leg press. Should be 10 reps not 110. I added a 1 mile run at the end, felt great.

Felt so good, recently it’s been feeling like easy i guess so I day was great, only thing I would say is that on the leg press it says 110 reps I only did 10 but just thought I’d let you know

Workout was great but it cut it short. It was a rough day but we knew it moving. Good thing is we got a good sweat and it’s all about consistency. We come back strong tomorrow 💪🏼
