A workout specifically designed to help with your speed. I am training for aesthetics and performance so speed is important. This will also act as your HIIT/cardio for the week. Bang it out all in a workout. I usually burn 1000+ calories during these sessions.

Did this yesterday- Easier the second time around! But definitely heart needs to be conditioned a lot more. Love to see an entire program based on this principle! I do martial arts and would love new ways to improve my explosiveness
