Felt really good that superset felt very good on my biceps. I just want you to know that I didnt quit the challenge I was on quarantine so I was locked down in my room. I did ab circuits, bodyweight stuff and even some dumbell excercises but it was hard to complete the workouts. J want u to know im still on that grind and dont plan on stopping. 💪🏻💪🏻
