A workout specifically designed to help with your speed. I am training for aesthetics and performance so speed is important. This will also act as your HIIT/cardio for the week. Bang it out all in a workout. I usually burn 1000+ calories during these sessions.

I've noticed you have a lot of resources available, unfortunately I cant do every exercise bc what I have is very limited but I've found some great substitutes. I enjoyed the workout
