I don't have an exercise bike, so I sub'd for Agility ladder instead. I finished the workout with a bicep/tricep superset. Need to get a mad pump on my arms to pick up when I hit the nightclubs!

The workout is great but it is intense and exhausting after tough week. Recommend to tone it down little.
