Bent Over Row

- Keep your back straight and core tight
- Raise the dumbbells until you reach shoulder height

Front raises

- Keep you back straight and core tight
- Raise the dumbbells until your reach shoulder height
- Come down with a controlled movement

Side lateral raises

Front raises + side lateral raises

Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch

Get into a press-up position with a dumbbell in each hand. 
Brace your body, then raise one of the dumbbells, supporting yourself on the other arm. 
Row the weight upward until your upper arm is slightly higher than your torso, then slowly lower it back down to the ground.

Renegade Rows

- Squeeze your bicep as you go up
- Come down with a controlled motion 
- Keep you core tight throughout the exercise

Bicep curls

- Place your hands on the bench with your palms facing away from you
- Bend at the elbows to come down
- Bring your legs to make it easier if necessary
- Come down until your arms reach 90 degrees
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps to come up

Bench dips

Bicep Curls + Dips

Cross Body Hammer Curls

- Start with a shoulder width stance holding the dumbbells with your palms facing up
- Curl the dumbbells up engaging your biceps

Hammer curl

Great shoulder burn! Switched out the shoulder press for a bench press though to works arms a little more and not stress my shoulders too much.

I get such a good burn doing the upper body workouts. Heidi makes it way better working out with her!
