Hey! My name is Heidy! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and someone who discovered her passion to help others stay active and healthy while enjoying life. All I used to do at the gym was cardio until I decided to lift weights and started to see changes on my body. My main goal is to inspire you to be healthy, get stronger and feel confident in yourself. Thank you for allowing me to help you in your fitness journey. I’m always here for you. My workouts will help you build muscles, lose body fat and get stronger. You’ll learn proper lifting form, do at home and gym workouts and have fun while working out!

Training Requirements

My workouts are beginners friendly. They can be done at home or at the gym. Minimal equipment will be needed. It can be done with resistance bands or a pair of dumbbells.
