Great workout! Really feel all of my back on fire

Priscilla

-Grab Barbell, while gripping hands slightly farther than shoulder width apart.
-Hinge at the hips to a 45/90(if you can) degree angle
-Drive those elbows up up towards the ceiling
-At the bottom of the rep, keep shoulders engaged(don’t retract)

Bent over rows

- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward with a wide grip
- Lean back slightly to around 30 degrees, keeping your chest up                                                                                                                                                                                  
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your back as you pull
- Pause and return to the initial position

Wide grip lat pulldown

- Bend at a 45 Degree angle with you back arched. 
- Pull using your lats and not your arms
- Chest up at the bottom of the movement

Standing cable pullover

-Adjust the seat to preferred height, you can lower the seat completely if its too uncomfortable.
-Bring the weight back & hold for 1 second.
-Make an effort to stretch the muscles at the end of each rep
