Last set 10 drop 10

Lat Pulldowns (wide grip)

Reverse Flys

Straight Arm Pulldowns

If you can, add a bench, doing this will go inline with the direction of The Lat muscle so it increases the rate of force/isolation in that specific area 🥰

Single Arm Lat Pulldowns

Last set 10 reps drop weight then 10 more reps
