I ended up doing a downloaded workout, the 550 Rep Challenge one from the end of July or something. It really came in handy with limited equipment

What an excellent way to end the week. I ended up doing the workout assigned to last Saturday since today's workout required equipment I don't have at home. Also, next Saturday is gonna be awesome to do Utah County group training with the one and only Eliza Katoa!
