This program is designed to be used at home with minimal equipment (but can be used at a gym as well).
Equipment required:
• Dumbbells - minimum 2 pairs
• Kettlebell - 1 or more is recommended
• Resilite Plyo Box - a multi height Plyo box is recommended
*please note - this program can be used without 1 or more of the required equipment, but for best results use DBs, KBs, Bands, and a Plyo Box.
Experience Level:
•Advanced youth athletes who have already built a base of strength and movement competency with my beginner program.
Frequency:
•Program is designed as 6 days per week - 2 full body STRENGTH days, 1 EXPLOSIVE SPEED day, 2 GAINZ aka Hypertrophy days, and a WEAK LINK ELIMINATION day.
• You may train less than 6 days per week (especially if in season for another sport), but make sure to follow the 6 days in order and then repeat.
Progression:
• Exercise Selection will not change (to allow the athletes to familiarize and master the movements) for 8 weeks.
• Progress by gradually adding more weight.
When to increase weight?
•When your wrestler can complete all sets with perfect form and can add an additional 2 reps of the LAST set, they may increase weight on the next workout.
-example: let’s say the workout calls for DB Lunges 5 x 5 on each leg. Your wrestler uses 10lb DBs and does all sets perfectly, and on the last set is able to do 7 reps on each leg, the next time they do this workout they may attempt 12lb DBs.
***if the increase in weight causes form to be compromised they must MOVE BACK DOWN TO THE PREVIOUS WEIGHT.

•On each technique video (once you select “start now” the technique videos will come up), scroll down to read the movement description and to record your weight and reps for every set.
