It was good! But a problem I keep running in to is my left hand keeps hopping forward as soon as I get up. Any tips to fix this. I also have severe scoliosis, 47 degree curve to the right side. Wondering if I have to maybe offset my left hand forward? Maybe I'll try that and see what happens. Haha typing/thinking out loud here 😅
