Great. It’s clicking and I’m excited to keep learning! This last week has been so fun and realistic! I love how short but effective the practice is.

It’s only getting easier! Practiced the pikes aswell and happy to report they are also getting easier. I can’t get all the way to the wall yet but I feel the momentum building!

Those L-shape holds are definitely feeling easier!

Oohhh I definitely have work to do with that back to the wall drill

The new drill was difficult to get the form correct. I didn’t feel like I could achieve that pretty straight line with my back. Enjoyed it non the least though :)

Working on straightening that banana back and getting some mini one legged hang time!

Those knee tucks are SO challenging. I low key hate them 😅😅😅

Tuck jumps are still 50/50, heel rolls are going well with my shoulders feeling more solid!

Those jumps will be the end of me😂 I like the heel rolls better😄

Pike jumps are definitely starting to feel better, but I still can’t get my hips to the wall.

I feel better closer to the wall and my L tucks feel more stable with my shoulders! 💪🏻

My belly is definitely not all the way to the wall, but I’m trying!

I feel like I am able to hold for a longer period of time comfortably, so I’ll take that as a win! :)

So much fun! I like the cue of "communicate with your body!"

I still have fear when I think there's no wall to "save" me and then I also kicked up w less core engagement. Any drills I can work on to improve 😭

It was good! But a problem I keep running in to is my left hand keeps   hopping forward as soon as I get up. Any tips to fix this. I also have severe scoliosis, 47 degree curve to the right side. Wondering if I have to maybe offset my left hand forward? Maybe I'll try that and see what happens. Haha typing/thinking out loud here 😅

Feeling more confident on my less dominant side 💪🏻. It’s so fun being upside down! 😋

I really like RUS drills because building strong core and shoulders is beneficial in overall health and pushing the body in endeavors like handstands and other physical activity.  It's also qhick enough to do drills that even in a busy day, 30-45 min is attainable

So fun going through handstand journeyband learning so many strength building drills. The more you practice the more you learn about yourself!

Excellent!!! I loved this challenge. It was exactly what I needed! I finally moved away from the wall, learned safe exit of handstand and can now keep hold, for several sec but still HOLD!
