I really noticed an increase in flexibility during the cooldown, which I really didn't expect from this program! I'm not only stronger, I'm also bendier 😀

So excited to have one day left! Starting your handstand program next and adding on some knee strengthening days during that program. Definitely noticed during this that I have weak knees that need some love. 💚 Can't wait to try this program again in a few months and see how it feels the second time around. Thanks Shaina!!
